The 7 Best Restaurants in Cincinnati’s Northside Neighborhood

Located about 15 minutes north of Downtown Cincinnati, Northside is a neighborhood known for its wide variety of restaurants. Whether you’re looking for some tacos, burgers, burritos, subs, or some other dish, the odds are good that a Northside restaurant can offer it to you.

The Littlefield

Known for their burgers, wraps, patty melts, smoked wings, and their long list of drinks including bourbon, whiskey, and cocktails, The Littlefield is one of the more upscale places to enjoy a meal in Northside. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes it a great place to stop by during any season. Django Western Taco

Another excellent spot to check out in Northside is Django Western Taco. As the name implies, Django is known for their amazing tacos and other Mexican dishes including quesadillas and burritos. Our personal favorite menu items are the carne asada tacos and the jackfruit carnita tacos, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Tickle Pickle

If you’re in the mood for a burger there’s no better place to go than Tickle Pickle, a burger joint that names each of their menu items after rock bands. Some of the names of the burgers include Rob Zomwich, BreadzepplinMeatallicaPearl Jam, and Slaytar. Our personal favorite is the Meatallica – a burger stuffed with bacon and egg, which goes nicely with a side of their homemade mac ‘n cheese.

Northside Yacht Club

If you’re looking for a restaurant that gives off more of a bar vibe, Northside Yacht Club is just the place for you. Known for their delicious smoked wings, craft beers, craft cocktails, outdoor patio, and friendly staff, this is an all-around great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat.

Darou Salam

One of the more hidden gems in Northside is Darou Salam, a Senagalese restaurant that offers some of the best authentic West African food that you can find anywhere in the Queen City. Our favorite dishes here are the lamb and the chicken, both of which are served in huge portions with a side of rice.

Bridges is a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant that specializes in Nepali cuisine. Their menu includes a variety of delicious dishes like samosa, chicken momo combos, grilled chicken tikka masala, and more. They also have an small patio area in the back, which means you can enjoy your meal outside when the weather is warmer.

Melt Revival

Melt Revival is a hip cafe and restaurant that offers vegetarian-friendly sandwiches, wraps, chili macs, salads, soups, and other entrees.
