Sand volleyball is one of the most fun sports to play outdoors during the warmer months. It’s a great way to get some exercise, soak up some sun, and spend time with friends all at once.

Fifty West Brewing Company
One of the best places to play sand volleyball in Cincinnati is Fifty West Brewing Company, a brewery located along U.S. Route 50 that offers six outdoor volleyball courts and leagues in the spring, summer, and fall. There are 4v4 leagues as well as 6v6 leagues, both of which are Co-Ed. Games are played from 6:30 to 9:30 on Monday – Thursday evenings and there are beer bucket specials available on these nights.

Cincinnati Sand Volleyball Club
Another great place to play is Cincinnati Sand Volleyball Club, located on the far east side of Cincinnati along the scenic Little Miami River in Milford. The club offers seven outdoor sand courts along with a Sand Cafe and a Pro Shop. They offer leagues for youth and adult alike during the spring, summer, and fall.

Grand Sands Volleyball
Located on the northeast side of the city in Loveland, Grand Sands Volleyball offers an impressive 7 indoor and 7 outdoor sand volleyball courts. They also offer a full-service restaurant, a fully-stocked bar, and plenty of outdoor patio and dining areas. Grand Sands offers leagues year-round on every day of the week except Saturday. The Sandbar
Located in southeastern Cincinnati along the Ohio River, The Sandbar is home to seven outdoor sand volleyball courts that surround a cabana bar covered with Mexican palm hatch. The Sandbar offers volleyball leagues in the spring, summer, and fall for a variety of different skill levels from competitive doubles to social Co-ed 6v6 teams. The most fun part about playing here is that it doesn’t even feel like you’re in Cincinnati. It feels like you’ve entered a completely different tropical region in the U.S. and have escaped ordinary life to play a few rounds of volleyball in the sand by the beach.

Setters Cincy Indoor and Outdoor Beach Volleyball
Last but not least is Setters Cincy, a facility that offers a total of 9 indoor and outdoor volleyball courts. Setters offers sand volleyball leagues all year-round ranging from 2v2 to 4v4 to Co-Ed 6v6s, so no matter how competitive you are there’s a league that you’re guaranteed to fit in. Setters also has several “Tiki Bars” that offer drink specials and pizzas that you can enjoy before or after your games.
