Cincinnati recently added a new coffee shop to its growing list of shops around the city: Square Mile Coffee Company.
Located in the heart of Mt. Healthy, the shop is housed in a historic 1915 gas & service station that was renovated by a local couple and is named after the historic city limits of “one square mile.”
The shop fills a much needed role as a place in the neighborhood where residents can grab a cup of coffee on the way to work, sit and enjoy a drink with friends, or get some work done on a laptop using the shop’s free wi-fi.
The interior gives off a cozy and rustic vibe, featuring plenty of flowers and plants sprinkled throughout the shop, an exposed brick wall one side, and a wooden bar area where the drinks are made.
There are several tables spread out throughout the shop and there are a few seats along the bar area as well. The shop also plans on adding outdoor seating at some point in the future.
Their menu features a variety of both hot and cold drinks including coffees, teas, and espressos. The Cincinnati roasting company La Terza provides the coffee for the shop.
They also offer several breakfast and lunch sandwiches along with pastries and other baked goods, which complement the drink options nicely.
From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the friendly employees to the delicious menu of food and drinks, there’s a lot to love about Square Mile Coffee Company and we can easily see it becoming a staple in the neighborhood for years to come.

You can visit Square Mile Coffee Company at 7420 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231 from Wednesday through Sunday from 6AM to 3PM. They’re currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There is a free parking lot behind the shop as well as street parking out front.
