Another great brewery to check out at night in Cincinnati is Rhinegeist Brewery. The name Rhinegeist translates to “Ghost of the Rhine” and refers to the location of this brewery in the historic Over-the-Rhine Brewery District.
With a massive interior, a rooftop bar, a space exclusively reserved for cornhole games, and a wide variety of local beers, it’s easy to see why this is one of the most popular places in the city to check out in the evenings. They’re open until 12AM through the week and until 2AM on the weekends.

Another one of our favorite breweries to check out at night in the Queen City is Nine Giant. Located in the heart of Pleasant Ridge, Nine Giant is a craft brewery known for their high quality beer and family-friendly environment.
Open on Tuesday through Sunday, the brewery offers a wide selection of beers, mimosas and cocktails along with a variety of cheeseburgers, nachos, wings, and other delicious dishes. They’re open until 12AM on weekends.
Enjoy the Views from AC Upper Deck
Located atop the AC Hotel at The Banks, AC Upper Deck is a rooftop bar that offers a spacious area to enjoy drinks and light snacks with plenty of seating and some great views of The Banks as well as the Ohio River.
What makes this spot truly unique is the fact that they add heated igloos to the seating areas during the winter, so you can still hang out on the rooftop and enjoy the views even during the colder months. They’re open until 12AM on weekends.
Check out O’Malley’s in the Alley / The Blind Pig
One of the cooler places to check out downtown at night is the bar O Mally’s in the Alley, which is connected to The Blind Pig pub that offers a rooftop terrace. The outdoor seating area offers some nice views of the Queen City and the Ohio River that you can enjoy with your food and drinks.

One particularly fun bar to check out at night is Chameleon. Located in the hip Northside neighborhood, Chameleon is a bar with a variety of rotating craft beers, a patio, and a pool table. They’re known for hosting live events including karaoke, DJ dance parties, and stand-up comedy nights.

Listen to Live music at Blind Lemon

One of the most unique places to check out at night in the Queen City is Blind Lemon, a bar located in Mt. Adams that has been around since 1963 that gives off the vibe of an old English pub.
Known for their live music, excellent selection of cocktails, and inviting atmosphere, this is one of the most highly regarded bars in the city. The interior of the bar offers an incredible collection of antique toys, pocket watches and iconic memorabilia and the patio bar practically begs you to sit down and stay for a while.

Unwind at Unwind Wine Bar
If you’re looking for a place to relax in a quiet atmosphere with some wine, we recommend checking out Unwind Wine Bar located in the Hyde Park neighborhood.
From the moment you walk in, without even tasting the wines, you’ll start to unwind. With a modern-yet-rustic vibe, Unwind offers a warm environment where you can enjoy wine, spirits, and small-plate snacks. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the wines as well, so feel free to ask them for recommendations.

Located just across the Ohio River in Newport, KY sits Hofbrauhaus, a wildly popular brewery and restaurant in the Cincinnati area. Known for their plentiful amount of seating, delicious food and beer, and live music, this is a great place to visit during any day of the week, but we recommend checking it out on the weekend when they’re known to stay open until 2AM.
